It always takes us a few weeks after the chaos and fun of the summer holidays to properly refocus and regroup.  Our annual trip to Maison & Objet in Paris in September is always something of a shock to the system having just dropped all children back to school but we inevitably return home buoyed by what we have found and energised for the months ahead and this year was no exception.

 

Since then, we have been busy behind the scenes planning for events, restocking with new products and exploring new opportunities, always with a frothy coffee near to hand ! There is no doubt that working from home this autumn has been made that much easier with all the rain that has come our way making the great outdoors much less appealing.  Fingers crossed the worst is now behind us and autumn at its best is just round the corner !

The next few months look set to be busy as we take Pepper & Ink on tour at various Christmas sales and events across Hampshire, Wiltshire and London.  We are all too aware how much effort and time goes into coordinating these events and we are hugely grateful to all who work so hard behind the scenes.  These events raise incredible amounts for a number of charities and we are thrilled to be a part of them.  It is always a real upside to meet new faces along the way and to take on all feedback, notwithstanding to see familiar faces of other stallholders who like us take on the Christmas tour with good humour and excitement - fingers crossed, this year will be just as fun and we hope to see you there.
