What are your delivery charges and estimated times of delivery?
We currently use MyHermes for our standard deliveries and Parcelforce for those orders that need to be dispatched more urgently. Our charges are as follows :
Standard deliveries (3-5 days) : £6.00 per parcel
Express deliveries (within 48 hours) : £8.00 per parcel
We do not yet offer any international deliveries, unless in exceptional circumstances and we would simply ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should this be a requirement.
What happens if an item is out of stock ?
We always try to have a good level of stock in our collection but there may be occasions where demand is higher than initially expected. We would always try to restock quickly where we can but given that several of our suppliers are based in Europe, delays can occur. Likewise, there will be occasions, where the supplier no longer stocks such a product and if that is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible. Either way, if there is a certain product you are interested in, please email us at email@example.com & we will try our very best to fulfil all orders where possible.
Would I be able to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime prior to it being dispatched & we would ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions.
What would I need to do to return a product ?
We would ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods that you are wanting to return them & that these items are duly returned within 14 days with the returns form provided. We are not able to offer free returns & you would need to pay for the cost of returning an item to us where you have simply changed your mind.
In such circumstances, all products must be returned new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging with any fragile items, securely packaged. We would strongly recommend you obtain confirmation of postage from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received back on our premises. Items lost in transit will unfortunately not be treated as returned.
What do I do if there is a fault with the product I have ordered or it is damaged?
We would always ensure that all goods are packaged appropriately before posting to minimise the scope for any damages but in the unfortunate event that your product has arrived damaged and/or faulty, we would ask please contact us immediately (within 3 days) by emailing us at email@example.com. As with above, we would strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning products as any items lost in transit, will unfortunately not be treated as returned.
How do I use my promotional code?
At checkout, you will need to enter this code in the appropriate box and any discount will be automatically applied. In keeping with industry standards, only one promotional offer can be used at any one time.
Do your prices include VAT?
All our prices are quoted in GBP (Great British Pounds) inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
